24 Hours Away

The way the fellowship schedule is set up, he takes on a 24-hour shift every third Saturday. Today is his 24-hour slot. It is a grueling schedule, this fellowship. And I feel it taking its toll on him and me. It feels like I'm on 24-hour duty with little relief too. I keep reminding myself, "this too shall pass."
