Sand Yard

Thursdays are co-op days for us. After their classes, we have a picnic with other families at the park. The kids relish their time with their friends at the sand yard. They are really sandy and dingy by the time it's time to go home. While the clean-up part is not something I particularly enjoy, allowing the kids to be kids is priceless!

Post Office

We went on a field trip to the post office today. I learned a lot too. Here's something to be thankful for: those junk mail that clutter our mailboxes? They subsidize a lot of the costs of the postal service. If not for them, postage would probably cost more than $1. I see them junk mail in a whole different light now.

About This Blog

This project began as a challenge to record my family's daily life for a year by taking one photo a day. It was not as successful as I wanted it to be.
After taking off for about a year, I am embarking on this photographic journey once more. I hope that these pictures will be visual cues to the memories we've built together as a family.
