Patting myself on the back here as I've gotten back into exercising for a week now. Have not missed a day except yesterday as we were in Disneyland. Here's to a healthier me for 2010!

Keep it up!!! I'm on my 10th week of my no-rice diet. So far it's working :) I need to get back to walking though. It's the easiest I can do (for now) to get back in shape.
